The grip of the neoprene around the knee is highly comforting and it works with the contours of the thigh and calf very well too

 

I found warmth levels to be reasonable though humid conditions push the moisture levels beyond comfort sometimes

 

It's a great support for the knee if high flexibility is not a priority
