• Modes: The Saregama Carvaan can be operated in three different modes as per the user’s personal choice:
  1. Saregama mode: In this mode, one can listen to bollywood movie songs, ghazals or the entire golden collection of Geetmala by Ameen Sayani. In the Saregama mode, the user can play the songs as per the following categories:
     • Artistes: Comprises 24 music stations dedicated to legends like Lata Mangeshkar, Kishore Kumar, R. D. Burman and Mohammed Rafi amongst others
     • Moods: Includes 9 music stations covering moods like Romance, Happy, Sad Instrumental, Spiritual and many more
     • Geetmala: 50 music stations presenting five decades of the Geetmala Ki Chaon Mein collection by radio host Ameen Sayani
  2. Bluetooth mode: Through this mode, songs stored on personal devices like mobile phone or tablet can be played via the Carvaan speakers
  3. USB mode: The songs stored on personal USB devices can be played via Carvaan after switching to this mode
  4. FM mode: The FM radio channels of one’s city can be listened to using the FM mode

Well, one just cannot ignore the phenomenon called Saregama Carvaan and we love it too. A wholesome entertainment packaged in a retro look - perfect for lovers of the golden era of Bollywood Music.

 

We just wish that the FM channels were storable for easier access instead of having to retune it every time and the In-built antenna could be replaced with a telescopic version.
