    Usage/ Application For pains and ache relief plus reducing swelling. Both Hot and Cold Therapy
    Care & Maintenance Should not be heated in the microwave without covering in water or in boiling water directly over the flame.
    Storage/ Do's & Don'ts Store in the freezer when not in use for ready access. Replace if outer cover is punctured or torn. Do not swallow gel.

      • How it Works?


        USING THE HOT & COLD PACK

        For Cold Therapy:
        • Place Gel Pack in the freezer for at least two and a half hours
        • Remove the pack and wrap it in a towel before applying to the injured area
        • The gel stays flexible even at sub-zero temperature to shape itself as per the body contours
        • Store in freezer when not in use
        Never heat the Gel Pack in a microwave without submerging it in water.
        For Heat Therapy:
        • Preparing the pack in Boiling Water
        • Bring 3 litres of water to a rapid boil in a medium sized pot
        • Submerge the pack for 8-10 minutes
        • Heating the pack in a Microwave
        • Place the pack in a microwaveable dish and cover with water
        • Heat for two minutes at full power setting (time estimated on a 600 watt microwave)
        • Remove and test before using. If temperature needs to be higher, do so in intervals of 15 seconds
        • Using the Pack
        • Wrap the pack in a towel before applying to injured area

        REMEMBER

        • Always use the Oppo Ice/Hot Gel Pack inside of a cloth cover.
        • Direct application to skin could cause burns or frostbite
        • This pack is not meant to be used in direct contact with an open wound
        • Should not be applied in case a person has insensitive skin or poor blood circulation
        • Keep an eye out for discomfort or skin irritation. Pause use instantly
        • Do not heat the gel pack in a microwave without covering it in water or boil over a flame
        • Discard if the pack is punctured or torn
        • Do not swallow the gel. Contact a physician immediately if it so happens
