Combining spiral metal stays with 4 stretchable elastic is definitely a unique solution compared to what is available in the market

 

Trying them on gave marked relief to my left knee while allowing almost similar flexibility as my essential knee sleeve (OPPOME05)

 

Its really appropriate for someone with moderate Arthritis or with weakened knees that need additional support and alignment control while bending or flexing the joint
