+Payment Methods

There are different methods which can be used to make Payments.
- Online Modes of Payment

  • Online - through Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / EMI / Wallets, Cash Cards and UPI. Select the Razorpay option to make an online payment when checking out.

Alternate Modes of Payment -

  • PayTm
  • Direct Bank Transfer
  • Banker's Cheque

International Payments -

You can pay for an order from anywhere in the world, to be shipped to an Indian pin-code.

***Please note that no one from Hey Zindagi will ever give you a call and ask for your details regarding net banking / credit card / debit card / wallet or any other means of money exchange. Please be very cautious in giving out information to anyone.

 

**The Company is not responsible for any fraudulent transactions arising out of using your card. The consumer is solely responsible for the safety and confidentiality of the information shared and the card on the whole.

Online Payment Options

+Credit/Debit Card

We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards.

 

Please keep your card handy to fill in the details.

  • Your card number, Date and Month of Expiry and the Name as mentioned on the card will first need to be entered. ***
  • The process will then prompt for your CVV number (3 digit number mentioned at the back of your card) to be entered.
  • This number is confidential, kindly do not share it with anyone.
  • There will be one more level of verification in the process. **This is to secure the use of your card and avoid fraudulent transactions.
  • An option to verify your card will be prompted -
    - through an OTP (one-time password sent to your registered mobile number) or
    - through a secure MasterCard or VISA password.

If you have not registered the MasterCard or VISA security password with your Bank, you may first do so.

 

***Please note that no one from Hey Zindagi will ever give you a call and ask for your personal information or security details regarding Banking/Credit Card/Debit/Wallet or any other means of money exchange. Please be very cautious in giving out such information to anyone.

+Cash on Delivery

In order to add more payment choices for our patrons, we have added Cash on Delivery as another route of payment.

 

Here are the basics that would be good to know:

 

1. Cash on Delivery option is currently valid on select products only and displayed on the product page.

  • The Cash on Delivery message appears on all eligible products. We will continue to bring more products/variants under this option.
  • The products not eligible for CoD, have been marked - we will help you convert the order to a Prepaid one in case you had initially confirmed the order via Cash on Delivery.

2. Available at over 14000 PINCodes: The Cash on Delivery supported PINCodes are listed for each product - please check if your PINCode is supported on the product page while placing the order. Please note that large sized shipments (diapers, walking aids etc) might not available with Cash on Delivery payment mode. Please use the PINCode 

 

3. Additional Charges: A sum of Rs. 50 is additionally chargeable for all Cash on Delivery orders below Rs. 1000.

 

4. Standard Shipping: For now, we offer Cash on Delivery against Standard (Surface) Shipping only.

5. Multi-item Order: Should you decide to place an order which includes products that are not eligible for Cash on Delivery, we will ship the non-eligible products only after the payment has been received in full against them including shipping charges.

  • The Cash on Delivery items will be shipped separately after the confirmation and minimum advance (if necessary) has been received against them.

+Net Banking

Net Banking means paying through your bank account login and transferring funds to our bank.

 

Should you choose Net Banking after selecting the CC Avenue Payment Gateway:

  • It will redirect you to the internet banking page of your bank.
  • Login with your internet banking details. [The login id and password that you use to access your bank account online]
  • Complete the payment by following the instructions.
  • A transaction id will be displayed on the screen. It is best to keep a note of this number or save the page.

After the payment is completed, it will re-direct you back to our website to confirm the payment and order status.

 

NET BANKING can also be used directly for making a payment. For this you must choose the payment method as - DIRECT BANK TRANSFER


+EMI - Equated Monthly Installments

About EMI:

EMIs or Equated Monthly Installments, are offered as an easy pay option by various banks to their credit/debit card holders. The card holder can avail a service to pay the amount back to their bank in easy instalments. The usual time period offered is 3, 6, 9 or 12 months by most banks with rate of interest ranging from 12% to 14% per annum as per the duration.

 

All Orders above ₹ 3000/- are eligible for availing EMI on heyzindagi.in.

 

To avail EMI option:

  • Please choose Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets (Powered by Razorpay) during checkout.
  • This will take you to the payment gateway where options will be displayed to choose your preferred mode of payment.
  • Please choose EMI as the mode of payment (it will be displayed as an option if your order value exceeds Rs 3000/-)
  • Options of different banks will be displayed along with interest percentage and time period option 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. Please choose as desired and proceed to complete the payment in the usual manner.

Your banks can charge varied rates of interest; depending upon the offers provided to your specific card.

 

EMI option is not available when payment is made via Net Banking, UPI or through any wallet.

+Wallets

The Digital Wallets available through Razorpay to make a payment are:

  • Freecharge
  • Mobikwik
  • StateBank Buddy and
  • Jio Money

To make a payment through a wallet:

      Select the wallet of your choice.
      Fund the wallet with the required amount by your choice of payment mode like credit card, debit card or net banking.
      Approve the payment or enter details/instructions prompted by wallet payment gateway and complete the payment.

    We'll be delighted to process your order further as soon as we receive the confirmation from CC Avenue.


    +UPI [Unified Payment Interface]

    A Unified Payment Interface (UPI) is a single window mobile payment system launched by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI).

     

    The system is designed to provide a simple, secure and convenient “single interface” to enable sending and receiving of money using smartphones through a "single identifier" which can be a virtual address like an email ID, mobile number or Aadhaar number (like the Social Security Number). It eliminates the need to enter bank details or other sensitive information each time a customer initiates a transaction.

     

    UPI ensures seamless settlement across accounts. It would facilitate push (pay) and pull (receive) transactions, works for over-the-counter or barcode payments as well as for multiple recurring payments such as utility bills, school fees, etc.

     

    The system is based on a single identifier, it allows mobile payments to be delivered without the use of credit or debit cards, net banking or any need to enter account details ensuring greater safety of sensitive information and connects people who have bank accounts via smartphones to carry out hassle-free transactions.

     

    Performing a UPI (Unified Payments Interface) Transaction

    • Enter your Virtual Payment Address (VPA) and proceed to pay.
      Note: Virtual payment address (VPA) is a user-generated unique identifier for each bank account. All payment addresses are in the format abc @bank, where abc can be chosen by the customer.
    • A payment collection request for the transaction amount is sent to the bank on this VPA.
    • You will receive a mobile notification in the banks UPI app prompting you to authenticate the transaction with your 4 digit MPIN (Mobile Banking password)
    • Accept the transaction and the payment is complete.

    Note: You will receive a payment request from CCAvenue in your UPI payment App. Kindly authorize and confirm the request to complete payment.


    +Cash Cards

    Cash Cards available through the CC Avenue Payment Gateway are:

     

    ItzCash and

     

    PayCash


    Alternate Modes of Payment

    +PayTm

    Another payment mode that we offer is payment via PayTm.

     

    If you choose Paytm as the method of payment; the order will be confirmed and a link for making the payment will be sent to you.

     

    This method of payment can be used only by Residents of India or using an Indian mobile number

     

    Once you click the "Complete Order" button, we will send you a Payment Link on your Mobile Number as shared while placing the order. If no mobile number is provided we shall send a payment link on the given email id.

     

    Please ensure you complete the payment within 48 hours of receiving the link. In case you have provided both - an email id and a mobile number, and would prefer to receive the link via an email, please let us know by writing to tlc@heyzindagi.in or calling +91 11 3959 5901. Do quote your Order No. when you do so.

    Your order will be confirmed and duly shipped on receipt of the full amount payable.


    +Direct Bank Transfer

    When you choose to pay via Bank Deposit/Transfer, kindly make a note of the information shared below.

     

    You can transfer the payment to us directly via from your Bank Account by adding us to your Beneficiary List. Do note down the Bank Details and other information after you click "Complete Order"

    +Banker's Cheque
    • Choose this method to make a payment via a Banker's Cheque.
    • You can then courier it to us or drop the cheque in the nearest Kotak Bank Branch or ATM Cheque drop box with the slip duly filled in within 3 days of placing the order.

    The Banker’s Cheque should be made in the name “Hey Zindagi Solutions Pvt Ltd” .

     

    Do remember to mention the order no, name, email and mobile number on the reverse of the cheque.

     

    Please note that the orders that are paid for by Banker's Cheque are dispatched only after the cheque is cleared from the bank.

    International Payments

    +Order from anywhere, ship to India

    Yes! Orders can now be placed from anywhere in the world - to be delivered to your loved ones in India.

     

    We understand how it feels when you stay away from your parents or loved ones but still want to take care of them, and be a part of their lives. So, we have made it possible for you to show how much you care! And for that one doesn't have to be here physically all the time, all you need is someone making sure that what you they need is delivered to them without any hassle.

     

    During checkout, please choose 'Razorpay' - and you may use any banking card which is valid for making international payments.

     

    Please note -

    • The payments will be charged in (Indian Rupees) INR.
    • Kindly clarify if any overheads have been charged from your bank. We do not charge anything more than the displayed price.
    • We request you to please check for serviceable pin-codes by entering the pin-code where the product needs to be shipped. This will also display expected delivery timelines.
